General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h5>
1. General Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h6>

The participant is aware that participation in the Wheelie School<\/strong> entails risks, including material damage and personal injury<\/strong> for both the participant and third parties. The participant bears these risks itself<\/strong>.<\/p>

WheelieSchool.be, its sponsors and partners accept no liability<\/strong> for damage \u2013 material or immaterial \u2013 that a participant suffers or causes when participating in the Wheelie School. By participating grants the participant a waiver of liability<\/strong> and indemnifies the organization against all claims.<\/p>

2. Conditions of participation Wheelie School<\/strong><\/h6>

  • Participants must be in possession of a valid A2 or A driving license<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • The use of mandatory safety equipment<\/strong> is required: a CE-approved helmet, motorcycle jacket with back protector, gloves and sturdy (motorcycle) boots<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Bee failure to comply with safety rules, ignoring instructions or reckless behaviour<\/strong> the participant will be denied access without right to compensation<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • The use of alcohol or drugs<\/strong> before or during the Wheelie School is forbidden<\/strong>Offenders will be excluded from participation<\/strong> without right to reimbursement.<\/p><\/li>

  • WheelieSchool.be advises against practicing wheelies on public roads<\/strong> and is not liable<\/strong> for any fines or accidents resulting from this.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Bee extreme weather conditions<\/strong> (storm, snow, ice) WheelieSchool.be reserves the right to cancel bookings to move without refund<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Possible damage to motorcycles<\/strong> by reckless driving, ignoring instructions or undisclosed health risks<\/strong> (physical or mental) can be recovered from the participant concerned.<\/p>

    3. General Terms and Conditions Wheelie Trainer<\/strong><\/h5>
    3.1 Usage and Safety Statement<\/strong><\/h6>

    • The Wheelie Trainer<\/strong> is designed to help riders to practice wheelies safely<\/strong>, but does not eliminate all risks<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Users are responsible for their own correct installation and safe use<\/strong>. Wearing protective equipment<\/strong> is strongly recommended.<\/p><\/li>

    • WheelieSchool.be is not liable<\/strong> for injury, damage to motorcycles or accidents<\/strong> as a result of incorrect use or installation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3.2 Compatibility & Installation<\/strong><\/h6>

      • The Wheelie Trainer is compatible with motorcycles with a hollow rear axle and a wheelie diameter up to 68 cm<\/strong> (excepted motorcycles with a single-sided swingarm<\/strong>).<\/p><\/li>

      • The buyer is responsible for checking compatibility<\/strong> before purchase.<\/p><\/li>

      • The Wheelie Trainer must be installed correctly<\/strong> according to the instructions provided to ensure safe use.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        3.3 Warranty & Liability<\/strong><\/h6>

        • The Wheelie Trainer has a guarantee<\/strong> that manufacturing defects<\/strong> covers during one year<\/strong>\u00a0from the date of purchase.<\/p><\/li>

        • This warranty covers no damage due to misuse, improper installation or normal wear and tear<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

        • WheelieSchool.be is not liable<\/strong> for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages<\/strong> arising from the use of the product. Liability is limited to the purchase price<\/strong> of the product.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          3.4 Returns & Refunds<\/strong><\/h6>

          • Returns are possible within 30 days<\/strong>, provided the product unused and in original condition<\/strong> is in trouble.<\/p><\/li>

          • Refunds will be processed after inspection, and Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

          • If the product is damaged by incorrect installation or incorrect use<\/strong>, is becoming no refund<\/strong> granted.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            4. Gift cards<\/strong><\/h6>

            • Each gift certificate<\/strong> has a unique code<\/strong> and is issued only once. Loss or theft<\/strong> is becoming not<\/strong> reimbursed.<\/p><\/li>

            • The value, duration and expiration date are stated on the gift card or in the accompanying email. Expired gift cards cannot be used<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

            • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash<\/strong> and the remaining balance is non-transferable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              5. Cancellations & Changes to Bookings<\/strong><\/h6>

              • Up to 7 days before the booking date<\/strong> the participant can participate free of charge move the booking<\/strong> to another date or location.<\/p><\/li>

              • In case of cancellation within 7 days<\/strong> for the booking 50% of the costs charged<\/strong>, unless a replacement participant is found.<\/p><\/li>

              • Cancellations within 48 hours<\/strong> before the booking date or no-shows without notification<\/strong> give no right to refund or relocation<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
