The participant is aware that participation in the Wheelie School entails risks, including material damage and personal injury for both the participant and third parties. The participant bears these risks itself.
WheelieSchool.be, its sponsors and partners accept no liability for damage – material or immaterial – that a participant suffers or causes when participating in the Wheelie School. By participating grants the participant a waiver of liability and indemnifies the organization against all claims.
Participants must be in possession of a valid A2 or A driving license.
The use of mandatory safety equipment is required: a CE-approved helmet, motorcycle jacket with back protector, gloves and sturdy (motorcycle) boots.
Bee failure to comply with safety rules, ignoring instructions or reckless behaviour the participant will be denied access without right to compensation.
The use of alcohol or drugs before or during the Wheelie School is forbiddenOffenders will be excluded from participation without right to reimbursement.
WheelieSchool.be advises against practicing wheelies on public roads and is not liable for any fines or accidents resulting from this.
Bee extreme weather conditions (storm, snow, ice) WheelieSchool.be reserves the right to cancel bookings to move without refund.
Possible damage to motorcycles by reckless driving, ignoring instructions or undisclosed health risks (physical or mental) can be recovered from the participant concerned.
The Wheelie Trainer is designed to help riders to practice wheelies safely, but does not eliminate all risks.
Users are responsible for their own correct installation and safe use. Wearing protective equipment is strongly recommended.
WheelieSchool.be is not liable for injury, damage to motorcycles or accidents as a result of incorrect use or installation.
The Wheelie Trainer is compatible with motorcycles with a hollow rear axle and a wheelie diameter up to 68 cm (excepted motorcycles with a single-sided swingarm).
The buyer is responsible for checking compatibility before purchase.
The Wheelie Trainer must be installed correctly according to the instructions provided to ensure safe use.
The Wheelie Trainer has a guarantee that manufacturing defects covers during one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers no damage due to misuse, improper installation or normal wear and tear.
WheelieSchool.be is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Returns are possible within 30 days, provided the product unused and in original condition is in trouble.
Refunds will be processed after inspection, and Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the product is damaged by incorrect installation or incorrect use, is becoming no refund granted.
Each gift certificate has a unique code and is issued only once. Loss or theft is becoming not reimbursed.
The value, duration and expiration date are stated on the gift card or in the accompanying email. Expired gift cards cannot be used.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and the remaining balance is non-transferable.
Up to 7 days before the booking date the participant can participate free of charge move the booking to another date or location.
In case of cancellation within 7 days for the booking 50% of the costs charged, unless a replacement participant is found.
Cancellations within 48 hours before the booking date or no-shows without notification give no right to refund or relocation.
